摘要:
文章通过对中日看似相似的民族文化进行探析,发现两国无论在文化的核心理念、人际间的信任程度、长短期取向、实用性与虚荣心的关注以及对外来文化的接受态度等方面皆存在很大的不同。分析这些差异有利于在华日企克服跨文化管理的障碍,从而为其人力资源管理提供诸多启示。

Abstract:
This article explores and analyzes the Chinese culture and Japanese culture which seem to be very similar. By doing so, it is discovered that there are lots of differences between these two on the part of core cultural concept, the degree people trust each other, short-term of long-term orientation, emphasis on practicability or ‘face’ and the attitude to foreign cultures.
