摘要：药品是一种特殊的商品，是关系到人民群众生命安全和健康保障的商品，药品也是世界公认的管制最严格的商品之一。我国是一个历史悠久的制药大国，改革开放以来医药工业在我国国民生产总值中的比重越来越大，建设一个健康有序的药品市场有着重大的理论和实践意义。本文在介绍药品基本知识的基础上通过分析我国药品流通模式就我们药品市场中存在的一些问题及解决政策。
