摘要： 随着每的大学生队伍的日益增大，就业形势日益严峻，就业压力日益增大，为谋求一份诚人，满意的理想职业，一些大学生在求职过程中虚拟简历，夸大自我，致使一些企事业单位蒙受一些不必要的损失，反过来，一些抓住大学生急于就业的急迫心理，拉大旗做虎皮，变相欺诈，致使部分毕业生遭受无辜的损失伤害，诚信，做为其中衍生出来的道德问题，不能不被人们所关注与思考。
