摘 要
本实验用改进Stöber法制备出了纳米级SiO2,选用长链烷基硅烷偶联剂对其部分表面进行了亲油性改性,得到了具有适当两亲性表面的纳米SiO2。所得各级产物经激光粒度仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪及三相接触角测量等手段进行表征,最后用两亲性纳米二氧化硅作为稳定剂制备出了稳定的O/W及W/O型Pickering乳液。

Abstract
Nano-SiO2 was prepared with advanced stöber method in this experiment. The amphiphilic nano-SiO2 was obtained by partial surface modification of nano-SiO2 with long-chain alkyl silane coupling agent. The products’ properties were characterized with Laser particle analyzer,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and Triphase wetting angle measurement. Finally,stable O/W and W/O type Pickering emulsion were fabricated with modified silica as emulsifier.
