摘 要
传统药物载体的主要功能是分散和保护，防止有效药物成分在贮存中被外界因素如高温、紫外线等破坏，以及服用后到达病灶前在生理环境下分解而失去药效；新型药物载体要求具有缓释作用，以减小药物对人体器官、组织的刺激和毒害，同时也延长药物在体内的作用时间；淀粉是天然高分子，具有良好的生物相容性和降解性能，通过加工改性有望成为理想的药物载体，本课题的研究目标即是以玉米淀粉为主要原料制备淀粉微球。
