摘 要
淀粉胶是近年来使用较多的一种新型瓦楞纸箱生产用胶。由于它具有强度高、重量轻、无腐蚀、防潮好、粘性强、糊膜较坚韧，且生产设备简单，制作方便、涂布量少等优点，已被许多纸箱厂使用。本文主要探究了淀粉胶制备的工艺和条件。通过对不同因素：高锰酸钾的用量、氢氧化钠的用量、氧化时间、水比等对其性能(粘接性、稳定性)的影响，最终得到了制备淀粉胶的最佳工艺和配方。
