摘要：维生素C又叫抗坏血酸，易受到光、热、氧、湿气、pH和金属离子等的影响。基于维生素C的易于氧化和对热不稳定，因此本论文研究合成一种稳定的维生素C衍生物-维生素C多聚磷酸酯（AsPP）。以三偏磷酸钠和维生素C为原料， 使用催化剂，用正交实验的方法，探索出最佳的合成维生素C多聚磷酸酯的方法。

Synthesis of Vitamin C ascorbyl phosphate
Abstract：Vitamin C is also called as ascorbic acid， it is easily affected by light heat oxygen huminity pH and metal cations. For its easily to be oxidated， unstable to heat. In this article we have studied one kind new vitamin C ramification， they are ascorbyl polyphosphate (AsPP). Using sodium trimetaphosphate and Vitamin C as stuff， with catalyst， we used orthogal design to seek the best synthetic methodology of ascorbyl polyphosphate.
